DAKOTA.

A POWERFUL UPPER TROUGH IS DEVELOPING THIS MORNING OVER THE NORTHERN

MOVE EASTWARD AND BEGIN AFFECTING THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS BY
THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. STRONG WESTERLY WINDS ALOFT WILL SPREAD
ACROSS THE ROCKIES TODAY...WHILE A SURFACE LOW DEEPENS OVER
SOUTHEAST COLORADO. INCREASINGLY STRONG AND GUSTY SOUTHERLY LOW
