INTO THURSDAY AS AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH OVER THE GREAT LAKES MOVES
EWD. AT THE SFC...A COLD FRONT WILL EXIST FROM THE UPPER OH VALLEY
EXTENDING SWWD INTO THE MID MS VALLEY AND SRN PLAINS. POCKETS OF
MODERATE INSTABILITY WILL DEVELOP ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT AND
SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD INITIATE BY EARLY
THURSDAY AFTERNOON. FORECAST SOUNDINGS WHERE THE INSTABILITY SHOULD
BE STRONGEST GENERALLY SHOW LESS THAN 20 KT OF VERTICAL SHEAR
SUGGESTING THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE PULSE IN NATURE. ALTHOUGH A FEW
STRONG WIND GUSTS WILL POSSIBLE ACROSS THE OZARK REGION AND SRN OH
