CONTINUE TO BE LIKELY ACROSS SERN SD INTO NWRN IA/SWRN MN THROUGH
10-11Z.

SATELLITE/REGIONAL RADAR IMAGERY INDICATED CLOUD TOPS CONTINUED TO
COOL ACROSS SRN-SERN SD/FAR NERN NEB WITH A MORE ORGANIZED MCS
ACROSS THIS REGION WHICH HAS AN MCV LOCATED ALONG THE SD/NEB BORDER
IN FAR SRN TRIPP COUNTY. DEEP LAYER ASCENT AHEAD OF THIS MCV AND
LOW LEVEL WAA ALONG NOSE OF 40 KT SWLY LLJ EXTENDING INTO NERN
NEB/NWRN IA EXPECTED TO AID IN ADDITIONAL TSTM DEVELOPMENT THROUGH
THE EARLY MORNING...AS IS INDICATED BY RADAR TRENDS. AT THE
SURFACE...A WARM FRONT EXTENDED SEWD FROM THE MCV THROUGH EAST
CENTRAL NEB TO SRN IA...WHILE A SECOND WEAKER BOUNDARY EXTENDED EWD
ALONG THE SD/NEB BORDER INTO FAR NRN IA. AT THIS TIME...ASCENT
APPEARS TO BE STRONGEST ALONG AND JUST N OF THIS LATTER BOUNDARY...
WITH THIS TREND EXPECTED TO PERSIST FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS AS
THE MCV MOVES ENEWD. PRECIPITABLE WATER VALUES OF 1.75-2 INCHES
ACROSS THIS REGION WILL SUPPORT THE EXPECTED HEAVY RAINFALL RATES.
