COAST OF FL TONIGHT GRADUALLY TAKING A MORE NLY TURN WITH TIME. BY
LATE IN THE PERIOD...THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY AHEAD OF NOEL MAY BEGIN
TO INCREASE ACROSS COASTAL SECTIONS OF SE FLORIDA. FORECAST
SOUNDINGS TONIGHT IN SOUTH FLORIDA INCREASE 0-1 KM SHEAR VALUES FROM
ABOUT 25 KT TO NEAR 35 KT BY 09Z. ENOUGH INSTABILITY SHOULD BE IN
PLACE WHICH COMBINED WITH THE INCREASE IN SHEAR SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT
FOR ROTATING STORMS AND A MARGINAL TORNADO THREAT.
HOWEVER...INSTABILITY IS NOT FORECAST TO BE PARTICULARLY STRONG AND
THIS SHOULD KEEP ANY TORNADO THREAT MARGINAL.
