THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF

FAR NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA

EFFECTIVE THIS TUESDAY MORNING FROM 330 AM UNTIL 900 AM EDT.

TORNADOES...HAIL TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS
TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 25 STATUTE
MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 5 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF
ROME GEORGIA TO 30 MILES SOUTH SOUTHEAST OF LA GRANGE GEORGIA.
