DOMINATE MOST OF THE WESTERN STATES...ASIDE FROM A NEARLY CUT-OFF
UPPER LOW CENTERED JUST OFF THE SOUTHERN CA COAST.

WHILE A NEARLY NIL THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL WILL EXIST INLAND...SOME
THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE POSSIBLE OFF THE NEW ENGLAND COAST THIS
AFTERNOON/TONIGHT IN ASSOCIATION WITH NOEL AS IT BECOMES A STRONG
EXTRATROPICAL CYCLONE AND ACCELERATES NORTH/NORTHEASTWARD PER NHC
FORECASTS. OTHERWISE...COOL/STABLE CONDITIONS WILL PRECLUDE
THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL OVER THE CONUS.
