COLD FRONT IN THE SRN PLAINS AND LOWER MS VALLEY WILL MOVE SWD INTO
THE GULF OF MEXICO TUESDAY MORNING. THIS WILL SUPPRESS MOISTURE
RETURN ACROSS THE SRN STATES AS NLY FLOW RETURNS TO THE GULF COAST
REGION...LIMITING INSTABILITY. THE BEST CHANCE FOR CONVECTION ALONG
THE BOUNDARY APPEARS TO BE OVER SOUTH TX WHERE VERY WEAK INSTABILITY
MAY DEVELOP MONDAY AFTERNOON. HOWEVER...THE LIGHTNING POTENTIAL
APPEARS VERY LOW ATTM.
