LAPSE RATES...DESTABILIZATION HAS BEEN WEAK. NONETHELESS...ISOLD
CONVECTION HAS FORMED VCNTY KTPA/KPBI NEAR WEAK SFC CONVERGENCE.
THIS ACTIVITY MAY PERSIST THROUGH THE MID-EVE HOURS WITH A
DECREASING TREND THEREAFTER.

MEANWHILE...STRONGER TSTM CLUSTERS FORMED EARLIER IN THE DAY ATOP
THE WARM GULF LOOP CURRENT. A LONGER LIVED MCS HAS MOVED EWD TOWARD
THE NWRN COAST OF FL AND SRN GA EARLY THIS EVE...BUT SHOULD CONTINUE
A WEAKENING TREND AS UPDRAFTS BECOME DETACHED FROM THE MORE ROBUST
INSTABILITY LOCATED OVER THE CNTRL GULF BASIN.
