WEST OF THE CASCADE AND SIERRA-NEVADA RANGES WHERE SSWLY ONSHORE
FLOW IS MAINTAINING BOUNDARY LAYER DEWPOINTS IN THE 40S. THIS
ENVIRONMENT WILL CONTINUE TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCATTERED
CONVECTION WITH MOST OF THE LIGHTING CONFINED TO COASTAL AREAS OF
NRN CA...WRN ORE AND WA. ISOLATED LIGHTING STRIKES WILL BE POSSIBLE
FARTHER EAST AS STEEPER MID LEVEL LAPSE RATES SPREAD INLAND...BUT
