UPPER-LEVEL LOW CLOSES OFF OVER THE WEST COAST. A COLD FRONT WILL
ADVANCE SWD ACROSS THE PLAINS AND MS VALLEY REGION MONDAY AND MONDAY
NIGHT. A STRONG LOW-LEVEL JET WILL BRING LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE NWD INTO
THE TX COASTAL PLAINS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT MAY
OCCUR ALONG THE AXIS OF THE LOW-LEVEL JET WHERE WARM ADVECTION WILL
BE MAXIMIZED. THUNDERSTORMS MAY ALSO DEVELOP ALONG THE CNTRL CA
COAST DUE TO STRONG LARGE-SCALE ASCENT AND COLD TEMPS ALOFT
ASSOCIATED WITH THE UPPER-LEVEL LOW. THE OTHER AREA WHERE ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP IS ACROSS SOUTH FLORIDA WHERE LOWER 60S F
SFC DEWPOINTS SHOULD BE PRESENT MONDAY. NONE OF THE ACTIVITY ACROSS
THE CONUS IS EXPECTED TO BECOME SEVERE MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT.
