BY LIGHTNING AND FELL INTO POWER LINES CAUSING A POWER

*** 1 FATAL *** A SWIFT WATER RESCUE OCCURRED AT
CAPISTRANO WAY AND RIO VISTA DRIVE. A VEHICLE GOT CAUGHT
IN FLOOD WATERS AND TURNED UPSIDE DOWN. ONE PERSON WAS
TRAPPED AND DIED.

HIGHWAY 95 TO BE CLOSED BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 28 AND 37.
