VISIBILITIES AT TIMES.
00Z SUBJECTIVE SURFACE ANALYSIS PLACED A 987 MB CYCLONE OVER THE NEB
PANHANDLE WITH ARCTIC FRONT DRAPED WWD ACROSS THE NRN ROCKIES. A
VERY TIGHT SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT /UP TO NEAR 40 MB BETWEEN
CYCLONE AND INTERNATIONAL BORDER IN N-CNTRL MT/ HAS MAINTAINED
STRONG WINDS...AND LED TO NUMEROUS REPORTED VISIBILITIES APPROACHING
ZERO DURING THE AFTERNOON ACROSS ERN MT/NERN WY. LATEST MODEL
GUIDANCE SUGGEST ONLY A SLOW EWD PROPAGATION OF THE SURFACE LOW
CENTER WILL OCCUR THIS EVENING...AWAITING MORE SUBSTANTIAL MID-LEVEL
