INHIBIT THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL ACROSS THE CONUS FOR MUCH OF THE DAY.

AHEAD OF STRONG MID/UPPER LEVEL JET AND ASSOCIATED SFC COLD
FRONT...WSWLY LOW LEVEL FLOW WILL INCREASE OVER THE WRN GULF OF
MEXICO AND LOWER MS RIVER VALLEY OVERNIGHT. RESULTANT INCREASING
ASCENT AND LOW LEVEL THETA-E ADVECTION WILL SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT OF
SHALLOW MOIST CONVECTION FROM PORTIONS OF THE UPPER TX COAST INTO
THE LOWER MS RIVER VALLEY...MAINLY AFTER 06Z. HOWEVER...FORECAST
SOUNDINGS INDICATE FAVORABLE THERMODYNAMICS FOR DEEP MOIST
CONVECTION/THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY REMAIN AWAY FROM THE COAST
