MOST OF THE STRONGEST GRADIENT WINDS TO OCCUR ACROSS THE AREA TOOK
PLACE AHEAD OF AND ALONG A COLD FRONT THAT MOVED ACROSS THE REGION. A
COLD UPPER LOW THEN MOVED INTO CENTRAL NEVADA OVERNIGHT SPREADING
SCATTERED SHOWERS INTO SOUTHERN NEVADA AND NORTHWEST ARIZONA AND
RAPIDLY LOWERING SNOW LEVELS. SNOW WAS OBSERVED AS LOW AS AROUND 2600
FEET.
