EF1 TORNADO BEGAN 4 MILES EAST OF TAYLORSVILLE AND ENDED
1.7 MILES NORTHWEST OF STRINGER. MAX WINDS 100 MPH WITH
PATH LENGTH OF 5.2 MILES AND WIDTH OF 0.2 MILES. CHICKEN
HOUSE WAS DESTROYED AND ANOTHER DAMAGED. ROOF DAMAGE
OCCURRED TO A MOBILE HOME AND A SHED. NUMEROUS PINES WERE
SNAPPED AND SOME OAK TREES WERE DOWNED.

05/03/2009 F1 JASPER MS NWS STORM SURVEY

EF1 TORNADO CONFIRMED BEGINNING 3.1 MILES NE OF STRINGER
AND ENDING 3.7 MILES NE OF STRINGER. MAX WINDS OF 105MPH.
PATH LENGTH OF 0.6 MILES AND WIDTH OF 0.1 MILES. NUMEROUS
LARGE PINES WERE UPROOTED OR SNAPPED.
