THREATS...TRAINING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WITH HOURLY RATES 2-3" WILL
OCCUR THROUGH 00-01Z IN A 40 MILE CORRIDOR CENTERED FROM KTXK-20N
KELD-KLLQ.

OUTFLOW BOUNDARY HAS SETTLED SWD TO ALONG THE LA/AR BORDER WITH
UPDRAFTS BEING GENERATED ATOP THE COLD POOL OVER SRN AR IN AN E-W
CORRIDOR ACROSS SRN AR. MEANWHILE...MCV AND ASSOCD BOW ECHO WAS
MOVING EWD AROUND 40 KTS TOWARD THE KTXK REGION. AS THIS FEATURE
CONTINUES EWD ALONG/N OF THE OUTFLOW BOUNDARY...RAINFALL RATES OF
2-3 IN/HR CAN BE EXPECTED AS CELL MERGERS/TRAINING OCCUR. RAINFALL
EFFICIENCY WILL BE QUITE HIGH WITH PWATS IN EXCESS OF 1.5" AND THE
TRAINING NATURE OF THE STORMS.
