HEAVY RAINFALL WITH RATES AOA 1 INCH AN HOUR WILL VERY SLOWLY
DEVELOP EWD AND NEWD.

AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY FROM EARLIER CONVECTION IN AL/FL PANHANDLE HAS
BEGUN TO SURGE EWD AND NEWD. GIVEN WEAK FLOW...PROGRESSION OF THE
OUTFLOW WILL PRIMARILY BE DRIVEN BY GREATER INSTABILITY AHEAD OF
IT...MLCAPE AOA 1500 J/KG PER MODIFIED 12Z SOUNDINGS. NEARLY 2 INCH
PWATS WILL SUPPORT CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF STORMS CAPABLE OF HEAVY
RAINFALL ALONG THE OUTFLOW...AND AS A SEA BREEZE QUICKLY PROGRESSES
INLAND OVER THE FL PANHANDLE. ALTHOUGH THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WILL BE
ALONG THE LEADING EDGE OF THESE FEATURES...NEARLY UNIDIRECTIONAL SLY
FLOW...A WEAK SHORT WAVE...AND LINGERING INSTABILITY DESPITE A RAIN
COOLED AIRMASS WILL MAINTAIN A NEARLY STATIONARY AREA OF HEAVY RAIN
OVER SERN AL/SWRN GA AND PORTIONS OF THE FL PANHANDLE. SMALL HAIL
AND GUSTY WINDS MAY ALSO ACCOMPANY THE HEAVY RAINFALL.
