NORTHWEST OF STOCKTON TO EIGHT MILES EAST OF STOCKTON IN
CEDAR COUNTY. BASED ON THE SCATTERED DAMAGE FROM THE
TORNADO...WIND SPEEDS REACHED FROM 90 TO 100 MPH. PATH
LENGTH...8 MILE BROKEN PATH. WIDTH...150 YARDS. TOUCHDOWN
