FORMATION. THIS WILL BE AUGMENTED DURING EVENING BY COLD POOLS FROM
ANY ORGANIZED MULTICELL CLUSTERING OF FRONTAL CONVECTION. SFC
MOISTURE ANALYSIS...MODIFIED RUC SOUNDINGS AND ABR GPS PW DATA
