EJECTING NEWD ACROSS SCNTRL KS/NWRN OK. THIS FEATURE SHOULD FOCUS A
NWD RETREATING BAND OF HEAVY RAIN ALONG THE OK/KS BORDER...NEWD INTO
SWRN MO AS LLJ STRENGTHENS AND VEERS AHEAD OF SURGING COLD FRONT.
LEADING EDGE OF TROPICAL AIR MASS...CHARACTERIZED BY 70+ SFC DEW
POINTS AND PWAT VALUES APPROACHING 2 INCHES...WILL SOON OVERSPREAD
THIS REGION VIRTUALLY ASSURING VERY HEAVY RAIN WITHIN TIGHTENING
