OVER THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS...WITH PIECE EJECTING NEWD ACROSS THE
CENTRAL PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON. MODELS CONSISTENT IN FORECASTING
ZONE OF INCREASING UVV/MOISTENING WITHIN FAVORABLE DENDRITIC GROWTH
ZONE EXTENDING FROM SWRN NEB/FAR NWRN KS NEWD INTO CENTRAL NEB
THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON...COINCIDENT WITH MAXIMUM OF 850-700 MB
FRONTOGENESIS. LATEST OBSERVATIONS FROM SWRN NEB INDICATE
SNOW-LIQUID RATIOS BETWEEN 15-20 TO 1 ARE ALREADY ONGOING THIS
MORNING. THUS...ZONE OF MODERATE TO ISOLATED HEAVY SNOWFALL WITH
MAXIMUM RATES NEAR 1"/HR LASTING FROM 2-3 HRS SHOULD BECOME
