WELL DEFINED SRN STREAM MID/UPPER LEVEL LOW WILL CONTINUE EWD AS AN
OPEN-WAVE ACROSS TX TODAY...WITH EXPANDING AREA OF PRECEDING SHALLOW
MOIST CONVECTION ACROSS MUCH OF THE SRN PLAINS. BOTH FORECAST AND
OBSERVED SOUNDINGS INDICATE THUNDER WILL BE VERY LIMITED OR
NON-EXISTENT WITH THIS ACTIVITY...ALTHOUGH HIGH-BASED /I.E. H7-H5/
LAYER OF WEAK MUCAPE SHOULD ENHANCE CONVECTIVE POTENTIAL. EXCEPTION
MAY BE JUST OFF THE SRN TX COAST LATER TODAY AND THIS EVENING AS
DEEP ASCENT BEGINS TO INTERACT WITH DEEPER INSTABILITY OVER THE WRN
GULF BASIN.
