ATTENDANT WEAK SURFACE LOW LOCATED OVER SRN OK AT 12Z FRIDAY...AND A
TRAILING COLD FRONT EXTENDING SSWWD THROUGH TX WILL SPREAD SEWD
REACHING THE CENTRAL PART OF THE GULF OF MEXICO BY 12Z SATURDAY.

MEANWHILE...WEAK MOISTURE RETURN SHOULD OCCUR INTO THE UPPER TX
COAST/SWRN LA FRIDAY AFTERNOON. STEEP MID LEVEL LAPSE RATES AND
FORCING FOR ASCENT WILL SPREAD SEWD ACROSS THE UPPER TX COAST/SWRN
LA ON FRIDAY ATTENDANT TO THE PROGRESSIVE SHORTWAVE TROUGH AIDING IN
SOME DESTABILIZATION FOR CONVECTION/EMBEDDED TSTMS SPREADING ESEWD
FROM E TX TO SRN LA. WEAK INSTABILITY OVER INLAND AREAS WILL
PRECLUDE A SEVERE WEATHER THREAT.

A DEEPENING PACIFIC LONGWAVE TROUGH WILL MOVE INLAND ALONG THE WEST
