THREAT FOR LOCALLY DAMAGING WINDS CONTINUES AS STORMS MOVE NEWD
ACROSS THE NERN QUARTER OF PA AND PARTS OF CENTRAL AND ERN NY.

LARGE CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS THE NERN QUARTER OF PA
AND ADJACENT PARTS OF NY CONTINUES TO EVOLVE INTO A COMMA-SHAPED
MCS...AS IT SHIFTS NEWD ACROSS THIS REGION. WHILE INSTABILITY
REMAINS QUITE LIMITED ACROSS THIS AREA...STRONG COLD FRONT CONTINUES
TO SUSTAIN CONVECTION...AND A DRY/DEEP BOUNDARY LAYER COMBINED WITH
THE STRONG DEEP-LAYER WIND FIELD CONTINUES TO SUPPORT THE POTENTIAL
FOR DAMAGING WIND GUSTS.

LATEST SURFACE OBS SHOW COOLING IN THE PRE-CONVECTIVE BOUNDARY LAYER
WHICH -- WITH TIME -- SHOULD RESULT IN A DECREASE IN SEVERE
POTENTIAL. FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS HOWEVER...THREAT FOR WIND
