THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A...TEST...
TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF

SOUTH DAKOTA

EFFECTIVE THIS WEDNESDAY MORNING FROM 950 AM UNTIL 1100 AM CDT.

TORNADOES...HAIL TO 0.5 INCH IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND
GUSTS TO 60 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE
AREAS.

THE TEST TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 95 STATUTE
MILES NORTH AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 50 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF
RAPID CITY SOUTH DAKOTA TO 15 MILES NORTH OF BROOKINGS SOUTH
DAKOTA. FOR A COMPLETE DEPICTION OF THE WATCH SEE THE ASSOCIATED

REMEMBER...A TORNADO WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR
