FARMER REPORTED HEAVY RAIN BEGINNING, STANDING WATER AND
HAIL. THE HAIL FELL AT 1/4 TO 1/2 INCH AND RUINED THE
FARMERS CROPS.

FOLLOWING UP ON A HAIL AND HEAVY RAIN REPORT FROM 415 PM,
A FARMER REPORTED THAT WATER WAS STANDING ON ORCHARD
ROADS, AND THAT SOME OF THESE ROADS WERE COMPLETELY
WASHED OUT. THE CANAL RUNNING PAST HIS FARM WAS RUNNING
NEAR BREACH. THE FARMER INDICATED THAT IN A 20 MINUTE
PERIOD HE ESTIMATED 2 TO 3 INCHES OR RAIN FELL.

07/31/2010 YAKIMA WA TRAINED SPOTTER

THE OBSERVER SAID AT THEIR LOCATION THE RAIN WAS NOT
HEAVY. AFTER TAKING A TRIP TO SURVEY THE AREA THE
OBSERVER REPORTED THAT TO THE WEST AS FAR AS CHAPELLE
ROAD,WATER WAS STILL OVER RUNNING THE BLACK TOP ROADS AND
THAT AREAS OF MUD HAD WASHED ACROSS THE BLACKTOP. THEY
ALSO REPORTED ORCHARD ROADS FLOODED AND FIELDS AS WELL.
