CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST OFFSHORE UPPER TROUGH. WEAK
BUOYANCY...SUCH AS THE COUPLED HUNDRED J/KG CAPE NOTED PER THE 00Z
OBSERVED RAOB FROM OAKLAND...WILL SUPPORT SOME TSTMS...MAINLY FOR
COASTAL AREAS OF ORE/NORTHERN CA AND OFFSHORE WATERS TONIGHT.
HOWEVER...ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE LOSS OF DAYTIME HEATING...SEVERE
POTENTIAL IS RATHER LOW THE REMAINDER OF THE NIGHT AND SEVERE
