STATES AS AN UPPER-LEVEL RIDGE REMAINS IN PLACE ACROSS THE FOUR
CORNERS AND SRN ROCKIES. WEST OF THE RIDGE...AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH
WILL APPROACH THE CA COAST SUNDAY. IN THE BASE OF THE TROUGH...A 60
TO 75 KT MID-LEVEL JET WILL MOVE EWD WITH THE EXIT REGION MOVING
INLAND ACROSS CA LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING. THIS WILL
INCREASE MID-LEVEL MOISTURE AND LIFT WHICH COMBINED WITH STEEP
MID-LEVEL LAPSE RATES MAY BE ENOUGH FOR ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM
DEVELOPMENT FROM THE SAN FRANCISCO AREA SSEWD TO AROUND SANTA
BARBARA. A SEVERE THREAT SHOULD NOT OCCUR DUE TO WEAK INSTABILITY.
ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE CONUS...THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS NOT EXPECTED
