VALLEY. WITHIN A CONFLUENCE AXIS/FRONTAL BAND NORTH OF A NC SURFACE
LOW...TSTMS WILL CONTINUE TO SHIFT WEST-NORTHWESTWARD THIS EVENING
ACROSS THE DELMARVA/SOUTHEAST PA AND TOWARD THE CENTRAL
APPALACHIANS. THE 00Z WASHINGTON-DULLES OBSERVED RAOB REFLECTED
