CONCERNING...SEVERE POTENTIAL...WATCH UNLIKELY

VALID 142125Z - 142330Z

THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING SEWD IN WRN KS HAVE DEVELOPED A COLD POOL
WHICH WILL INCREASE POTENTIAL FOR STRONG TO DAMAGING WINDS. WITH
DCAPE AOA 1200 J/KG AND MUCAPE AROUND 1000 J/KG...STORMS SHOULD
CONTINUE DEVELOPING S AND E IN POST-FRONTAL AIR MASS. GIVEN THE
RATHER WEAK LOW LEVEL SHEAR AND MARGINAL MOISTURE/INSTABILITY...A
WATCH IS NOT CURRENTLY PLANNED. HOWEVER AREA WILL BE MONITORED FOR
POTENTIAL OF A STRONGER COLD POOL DEVELOPMENT WHICH WOULD LEAD TO A
GREATER WIND DAMAGE THREAT.
