STORMS SPREADING EWD THROUGH THE CNTRL HIGH PLAINS WILL BECOME
CAPABLE OF ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND AND HAIL THIS AFTERNOON. A WW WILL
PROBABLY BE NEEDED SOON.

STORMS THAT DEVELOPED OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN AND IN VICINITY OF
BAROCLINIC ZONE ARE SPREADING EWD THROUGH THE CNTRL HIGH PLAINS OF
SERN WY...NRN CO AND EVENTUALLY WRN NEB WHERE THE BOUNDARY LAYER
CONTINUES TO DESTABILIZE. ACTIVITY WILL REMAIN IN AN ENVIRONMENT
FAVORABLE FOR HIGH BASED SUPERCELLS AND BOWING SEGMENTS SUPPORTED BY
30+ F TEMPERATURE DEWPOINTS SPREADS AND 35-40 KT EFFECTIVE SHEAR.
