ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE NEAR BROWNSVILLE ON MONDAY
EVENING WHEN FORECAST SOUNDINGS INCREASE SBCAPE VALUES TO AROUND 500
J/KG AND SFC DEWPOINTS INTO THE LOWER 60S F. THE STRONGER CONVECTION
ASSOCIATED WITH THE DISTURBANCE SHOULD REMAIN OFFSHORE WHERE SEVERAL
OF THE MODELS FORECAST A SMALL AREA OF CONVECTION. ELSEWHERE ACROSS
