THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT THIS AFTERNOON/EVENING. WHILE MOST OF THE
STORMS HAVE REMAINED SUB-SEVERE...SLIGHTLY ENHANCED NWLY FLOW ALOFT
ATOP LOW LEVEL FLOW THAT IS GENERALLY SLY IS RESULTING IN SHEAR THAT
-- WHERE JUXTAPOSED WITH AREAS OF MORE FAVORABLE INSTABILITY -- IS
SUPPORTIVE OF WEAK UPDRAFT ORGANIZATION. AS SUCH...POTENTIAL FOR
LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS AND HAIL WILL CONTINUE WITH A FEW OF THE
STRONGEST STORMS THIS EVENING. GREATEST POTENTIAL FOR A FEW
DAMAGING GUSTS MAY LINGER LONGEST ACROSS THE CENTRAL/SRN HIGH
PLAINS...COINCIDENT WITH THE BELT OF STRONGEST MID-LEVEL NNWLY
