DEEP/RELATIVELY DRY BOUNDARY LAYER. WHILE STRONGER FLOW ALOFT WILL

TROUGH. WHILE SEVERE THREAT SHOULD DIMINISH SLOWLY LATER THIS
EVENING IN CONJUNCTION WITH DIURNAL COOLING/STABILIZATION...THREAT
