ALSO REPORTED.

CONFIRMED LIGHTNING STRIKE NW OF SPOTTER LOCATION IN VAN
DUSEN CANYON AREA, STARTING A SMALL FIRE.

CLOSED HIGHWAY 38 AT MILE MARKER 19 DUE TO A STREAM OF
WATER RUSHING DOWN THE ROAD WITH EMBEDDED BOULDERS.

THIS STORM.

INTERSECTION. UP TO 8 INCHES DEEP STANDING WATER AT DIPS
IN RAODS. TIME WAS FROM 2 TO 3 PM. PICTURES EMAILED.

MINOR STREET FLOODING AND WIND GUSTS 20 TO 25 MPH. RAPID
TEMPERATURE DROP FROM 107 TO 79 IN 20 MINUTES.

TEMESCAL RAWS NEAR LAKE ELSINORE MEASURED A WIND GUST OF
88 MPH BETWEEN 1532 AND 1632 PDT. THIS OBSERVATION WAS
ASSOCIATED WITH A NEARBY WARNED THUNDERSTORM.

RICH THOMPSON THE IMET AT THE CHIHUAHUA FIRE HEARD ON THE
FIRE RADIOS THAT FLOODING HAD OCCURRED ON A FEW ROADS IN
AND AROUND THE FIRE. A FEW CREWS WERE STRANDED BUT NO ONE
WAS INJURED. HE ESTIMATES APPROXIMATELY 0.26 TO 0.50
INCHES IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR AT THE BASE CAMP AND UP TO 1
INCH IN AN HOUR OVER THE FIRE ITSELF.

HEAVY RAIN AND PEA SIZED HAIL IN FERN VALLEY BETWEEN 1625
