CENTRAL/SOUTHERN PLAINS DURING THIS FORECAST PERIOD. WEAK LOW LEVEL
CYCLOGENESIS WILL OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT OVER PARTS OF
OK/TX...HELPING TO STRENGTHEN SOUTHERLY WINDS OVER THE ARKLATEX
REGION AND DRAWING GULF MOISTURE NORTHWARD. ENHANCED LOW LEVEL
WARM/MOIST ADVECTION OVER PARTS OF OK/AR/LA/MS COULD LEAD TO
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS TOWARD 26/12Z.
HOWEVER...CONFIDENCE IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO WARRANT 10 PERCENT THUNDER
PROBABILITIES AT THIS TIME.
