ROCKIES LATER TUESDAY NIGHT...RESULTING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A LEE
CYCLONE OVER THE CNTRL AND SRN HIGH PLAINS.

DESPITE LIMITED LOW LEVEL MOISTURE...STEEP LAPSE RATES ASSOCIATED
