FROM THE LOW THROUGH SERN ND AND SWRN MN. SCATTERED MOSTLY SHALLOW
CONVECTION IS OCCURRING IN VICINITY OF THESE BOUNDARIES AS WELL AS
WITHIN POST FRONTAL ZONE ACROSS NWRN ND. ACTIVITY IS DEVELOPING IN
ASSOCIATION WITH DEEPER ASCENT AND COLD AIR ALOFT ATTENDING A
PROGRESSIVE VORTICITY MAXIMUM LOCATED OVER WRN ND. BISMARK 00Z RAOB
SHOWS STEEP LAPSE RATES FROM THE SFC LAYER THROUGH 400 MB...BUT
LIMITED LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE IS RESULTING IN MLCAPE AOB 300 J/KG.
STEEP LAPSE RATES AND WEAK ELEVATED CAPE WILL PERSIST ABOVE THE
STABILIZING BOUNDARY LAYER...SUGGESTING ISOLATED LIGHTNING STRIKES
WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE DURING THE EVENING AS THE MID-LEVEL VORTICITY
MAXIMUM APPROACHES THE UPPER MS VALLEY AREA.
