ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS /STRONG LOW LEVEL SHEAR PER ATL 12Z
SOUNDING AND VERY MOIST BOUNDARY LAYER/ THIS MORNING ARE BECOMING
MORE FAVORABLE FOR A TORNADO THREAT TO INCREASE ACROSS MUCH OF
CENTRAL AND ERN GA INTO PARTS OF SC. SURFACE HEATING ALONG THE ERN
PERIPHERY OF THE REMNANTS OF FAY WILL BOOST INSTABILITY WITHIN THE
MOIST ENVIRONMENT TO SUSTAIN UPDRAFTS/MESOCYCLONES.
