AN UPPER-LEVEL RIDGE IS FORECAST TO MOVE FROM THE MS VALLEY INTO THE

OF THE RIDGE SHOULD RESULT IN MOISTURE RETURN ACROSS THE SRN PLAINS
AND OZARKS THURSDAY. HOWEVER...LIMITED LARGE-SCALE ASCENT AND A
CAPPED BOUNDARY LAYER SHOULD KEEP CONVECTIVE POTENTIAL VERY LOW
ACROSS THIS REGION. THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT IS ALSO NOT EXPECTED
ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE CONUS THURSDAY OR THURSDAY NIGHT.
