INTO THE SRN ROCKIES SUNDAY. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE ACROSS THE SRN ROCKIES AS SFC TEMPS WARM SUNDAY AFTERNOON
DUE TO STRONG LARGE-SCALE ASCENT...COLD AIR ALOFT AND STEEP
MID-LEVEL LAPSE RATES IN THE CORE OF THE SYSTEM. FURTHER TO THE
EAST...A LOW-LEVEL JET WILL REMAIN IN PLACE SUNDAY ACROSS THE SRN
PLAINS ALLOWING MOISTURE FROM THE WRN GULF OF MEXICO TO RETURN NWD
INTO SOUTH TX AND THE TX HILL COUNTRY. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL
BE POSSIBLE LATE SUNDAY NIGHT FROM THE LOWER TX COASTAL PLAIN NWD
INTO CNTRL TX AS LARGE-SCALE ASCENT INCREASES AHEAD OF THE
APPROACHING UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH. NONE OF THE CONVECTION ACROSS THE
CONUS SUNDAY OR SUNDAY NIGHT IS EXPECTED TO BE SEVERE.
