SOUNDINGS THIS AFTERNOON SHOW SFC DEWPOINTS IN THE MID 70S
F...MLCAPE VALUES IN THE 2000 TO 3000 J/KG RANGE AND STEEP LOW-LEVEL
LAPSE RATES. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD INITIATE ACROSS THE WARM
SECTOR THIS AFTERNOON. THE ENVIRONMENT SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT FOR A
FEW MARGINAL DAMAGING WIND GUSTS CONCENTRATED AROUND PEAK HEATING.
