TROUGH/UPPER LOW OVER THE NE. AS SUCH...LITTLE MOISTURE WILL BE
AVAILABLE FOR THUNDERSTORMS.

A WEAK UPPER DISTURBANCE IS FORECAST TO TRAVEL SEWD OUT OF
SASKATCHEWAN/MANITOBA DURING THE DAY...HELPING TO PRODUCE HEIGHT
FALLS AND A TIGHTENING UPPER JET ACROSS THE OH/TN VALLEYS OVERNIGHT.
AHEAD OF THIS FEATURE...WEAK LOW PRESSURE WILL TRAVEL FROM NRN AL/GA
EWD INTO THE WRN ATLANTIC BY SUN MORNING. STRONG WARM ADVECTION IN
THE LOWEST 3 KM IS FORECAST IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE LOW WITH STRONG
850 MB FLOW OUT OF THE W. HOWEVER...FORECAST SOUNDINGS DO NOT
INDICATE ENOUGH INSTABILITY FOR A THUNDER OUTLOOK.
