A FULL LATITUDE UPPER TROUGH WILL REMAIN OVER THE ERN CONUS WITH A
RIDGE OVER CA. NWLY FLOW ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND SERN U.S. WILL KEEP
CONDITIONS STABLE MOST PLACES EXCEPT FOR CNTRL AND SERN TX WHERE
BOUNDARY LAYER DEWPOINTS INTO THE 60S F WILL REMAIN NEAR THE OLD
FRONT. HERE...ISOLATED AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
MAINLY DUE TO STRONG HEATING AND STEEP LAPSE RATES ALOFT. SHEAR WILL
BE MARGINAL FOR SEVERE...BUT A FEW CELLS COULD CONTAIN SMALL HAIL
WITH SUCH COOL PROFILES. THERE WILL BE LITTLE FOCUS FOR
ORGANIZATION...THUS ONLY ISOLATED STORMS ARE LIKELY.
