SWIFTLY (LAST NIGHT)-ROAD NOW PASSABLE. INTERSTATE 94
MILE MARKER 146-148 EXTREMELY FULL OF WATER - CARS WERE
WASHING OFF ROAD; MILE MARKER 141-156 UNDER WATER;
MILE MARKER 132-136 STANDING/MOVING WATER WITH CARS WASHED
OFF ROAD. THE RAILROAD WAS WASHED OUT BY HATHAWAY. WATER
SHORTED OUT ALARMS.
