DAY 1 CONVECTIVE OUTLOOK
NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
0750 PM CDT THU JUL 01 2010

VALID 020100Z - 021200Z

...THERE IS A SLGT RISK OF SVR TSTMS ACROSS PARTS OF THE NRN HIGH
PLAINS/NRN ROCKIES...

...MT/EXTREME NWRN ND...
DEEP WSW FLOW REGIME CONTINUES ACROSS THE NRN ROCKIES/HIGH PLAINS
THIS EVENING AND SEVERAL SMALL-SCALE DISTURBANCES WERE EJECTING
ACROSS THE REGION. PRIMARY LEAD WAVE APPEARS TO BE LIFTING NWD INTO
THE WRN PRAIRIES OF CANADA...GLANCING PARTS OF CNTRL/NRN MT. A
WEAKER IMPULSE...IMPLIED BY MID-UPPER LEVEL MOISTENING IN WATER
VAPOR IMAGERY...WILL CONTINUE ENE ACROSS WY THIS EVENING.

STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS...ASSOCIATED WITH THE FORMER IMPULSE...WILL
LIKELY TRACK ENE ALONG THE CANADIAN/MT BORDER. 00Z GGW SOUNDING
SHOWED A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MLCINH...BUT A RELATIVELY DRY
SUB-CLOUD LAYER. AS SUCH...ANY WELL-ESTABLISHED STORM CLUSTER WILL
BE CAPABLE OF SEVERE WIND GUSTS ACROSS NERN MT THIS EVENING BEFORE
MOVING INTO SASKATCHEWAN.

FARTHER S...THE BOUNDARY LAYER MIXED DURING PEAK HEATING AND
RESULTED IN COMPARATIVELY WEAKER THERMAL BUOYANCY THAN YESTERDAY. A
FEW HIGH-BASED STORMS HAVE DEVELOPED OVER THE WY/SD HIGH PLAINS.
THESE STORMS MAY OFFER A MARGINAL HAIL/SEVERE WIND THREATS...BUT
GIVEN OVERALL WEAK INSTABILITY FARTHER TO THE E IN THE NEB PANHANDLE
AND WRN SD...DO NOT EXPECT ACTIVITY TO GROW UPSCALE SUFFICIENTLY TO
POSE A WIDESPREAD SEVERE THREAT OVERNIGHT.

...S TX...
VAD WIND PROFILERS AND 00Z BRO/CRP SOUNDINGS INDICATE THAT SHEAR IN
THE LOWEST 1-2KM HAS RELAXED SINCE THIS MORNING AS REMNANT ALEX
CONTINUES W INTO NCNTRL MEXICO. NEAR-SURFACE CONVERGENCE ALONG THE
COASTAL BEND HAS YIELDED PERSISTENT CONVECTION...PARTICULARLY FROM
KLEBERG COUNTY NWD TO MATAGORDA BAY. WHILE A BRIEF SPIN-UP WILL BE
POSSIBLE THE REMAINDER OF THE NIGHT...PRIMARY SEVERE THREAT HAS
SHIFTED TOWARD HEAVY RAINS/FLASH FLOODING.

AREAS AFFECTED...TX

CONCERNING...TORNADO WATCH 435...

VALID 020007Z - 020100Z

THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 435 CONTINUES.

TORNADO WATCH 435 ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTH TX WILL EXPIRE WITHIN THE
HOUR.

REMNANTS OF ALEX CONTINUE TO MOVE AWAY FROM SOUTH TX AND THE
TROPICAL CIRCULATION HAS BECOME SIGNIFICANTLY DISRUPTED BY THE
TERRAIN OF NRN MEXICO. LOW LEVEL SHEAR HAS WEAKENED ALONG THE TX
COAST AND ACROSS THE WATCH AREA WITH LATEST VWP/PROFILERS INDICATING
1KM ELY FLOW OF ABOUT 20KT AT HGX TO 30KT AT BRO. GIVEN VERY MOIST
AIR MASS WITH PW VALUES IN EXCESS OF 2.5 INCHES AND CONTINUED AREAS
OF CONVECTION...THERE REMAINS A LOW PROBABILITY OF A WEAK OR BRIEF
TORNADO. HOWEVER....GIVEN THE DOWNWARD TREND IN LOW LEVEL SHEAR
COINCIDENT WITH A WEAKENING OF LOW LEVEL CAPE/INCREASE IN
INHIBITION...A NEW TORNADO WATCH ACROSS THE REGION APPEARS
UNLIKELY...AND WATCH 435 WILL EXPIRE AT 0100 UTC.

CONCERNING...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 436...

VALID 012257Z - 020000Z

THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 436
CONTINUES.

NUMEROUS INTENSE STORMS HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS CENTRAL MT LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND ARE WELL WITHIN THE CONFINES OF WATCH 436. THIS
ACTIVITY IS SPREADING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35-40KT AND SHOULD
CONTINUE INTO PORTIONS OF NERN MT THROUGH THE EVENING.

STRONG AND SEVERE STORMS HAVE INCREASED IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY
LAST 1-2 HOURS FROM GALLATIN...MEAGHER...AND JUDITH BASIN COUNTIES
EAST TO SWEET GRASS...GOLDEN VALLEY...AND FERGUS COUNTIES. THESE
STORMS HAVE DEVELOPED WITHIN A MOIST UPSLOPE FLOW REGIME WHERE
MLCAPE IS ON THE ORDER OF 1500 J/KG. WEAK LOW LEVEL ELY FLOW TOPPED
BY 40-50KT SWLY FLOW IN MID LEVELS WAS CONTRIBUTING TO MORE THAN
ADEQUATE BULK SHEAR FOR STORM UPDRAFT ROTATION AND PERSISTENCE.
LARGE SCALE FORCING...WHILE SUBTLE...APPEARS TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH A
BAND OF 850-700 MB FRONTOGENESIS OCCURRING WITHIN/BENEATH ENTRANCE
REGION OF MID LEVEL JET STREAK CROSSING NWRN MT ATTM.

ALL INDICATIONS SUGGEST THE ENVIRONMENT CURRENTLY SUPPORTING MATURE
SUPERCELLULAR ACTIVITY SHOULD ALSO EXIST/EVOLVE WITH EWD/NEWD
EXTENT...INTO PARTS OF NERN/ERN MT THROUGH THE EVENING. WHILE
PRIMARY THREATS IN THE SHORT TERM WILL BE THE POSSIBILITY OF LARGE
HAIL AND DAMAGING DOWNDRAFTS...IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE THREAT FOR
MORE WIDESPREAD WIND DAMAGE MAY EVOLVE AS STORM MERGERS PRODUCE
LARGER COLD POOLS AND MCS POTENTIAL INCREASES LATER THIS EVENING.

DAY1SVR: Day 1 Convective Outlook

ACUS01 KWNS 011956
SWODY1
SPC AC 011954

DAY 1 CONVECTIVE OUTLOOK
NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
0254 PM CDT THU JUL 01 2010

VALID 012000Z - 021200Z

...THERE IS A SLGT RISK OF SVR TSTMS ACROSS S TX...

...THERE IS A SLGT RISK OF SVR TSTMS THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT
FROM SWRN/CENTRAL MT INTO NWRN/NRN ND...

NO CHANGES ARE REQUIRED WITH THE ISSUANCE OF THIS CONVECTIVE
OUTLOOK...GIVEN THAT THE LATE MORNING FORECAST REMAINS ON TRACK FOR
THE TWO PRIMARY SEVERE WEATHER THREAT AREAS TODAY /NRN ROCKIES TO
NRN PLAINS AND S TX/. SHORT TERM MESOSCALE DETAILS FOR EACH OF
THESE REGIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN SPC MESOSCALE DISCUSSIONS 1176 FOR
NRN ROCKIES TO CENTRAL MT AND 1177 FOR TORNADO WATCH 435 ACROSS S
TX.

IN THE SOUTHEAST STATES...A COLD FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO SETTLE SWD
ACROSS SRN SC AND THROUGH MUCH OF GA/AL THIS FORECAST PERIOD. TSTM
CHANCES...THOUGH ALREADY LOW...WILL CONTINUE TO DIMINISH FROM N-S
WITH THE PASSAGE OF THE FRONT...AND THUS THE GENERAL TSTM LINE FROM
NRN AL TO THE SRN NC COAST HAS BEEN SHIFTED SWD.

..PETERS.. 07/01/2010

.PREV DISCUSSION... /ISSUED 1115 AM CDT THU JUL 01 2010/

...MT/ND AREA THROUGH TONIGHT...
SIMILAR TO YESTERDAY...A MIDLEVEL TROUGH REMAINS ANCHORED OVER THE
PAC NW...WITH A BELT OF 50-80 KT SWLY MID-UPPER FLOW EXTENDING
ACROSS ID/MT ALONG A LOW-MIDLEVEL BAROCLINIC ZONE. SOME MORNING
CONVECTION AND CLOUDS ACROSS S CENTRAL/CENTRAL MT ARE EXPECTED TO
CLEAR BY MIDDAY...WITH SUBSTANTIAL SURFACE HEATING IN THE WAKE OF
THESE CLOUDS. GIVEN MIDLEVEL LAPSE RATES NEAR 8 C/KM AND BOUNDARY
LAYER DEWPOINTS IN THE MID 50S...AFTERNOON MLCAPE VALUES OF
1500-2500 J/KG ARE EXPECTED.

ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT SHOULD OCCUR BY 20-21Z OVER THE
HIGH TERRAIN IN SW/S CENTRAL MT. INSTABILITY AND EFFECTIVE BULK
SHEAR AOA 40 KT WILL AGAIN SUPPORT A FEW SUPERCELLS CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING ISOLATED VERY LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. THOUGH NOT
EXPECTED TO BE A PRIMARY THREAT...BOUNDARY LAYER MOISTURE AND
HODOGRAPH CURVATURE IN THE LOW LEVELS MAY ALSO BE SUFFICIENT FOR A
SUPERCELL TORNADO OR TWO THIS AFTERNOON/EVENING AS STORMS MOVE INTO
S CENTRAL/CENTRAL MT. LATER DURING THE EVENING...STORM MERGERS AND
COLD POOL INTERACTIONS COULD LEAD TO SOME UPSCALE GROWTH INTO ONE OR
MORE THUNDERSTORM CLUSTERS WITH A GREATER THREAT FOR DAMAGING WINDS
AS STORMS SPREAD NEWD ACROSS MT TOWARD WRN ND.

OTHER MORE ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE
LATER THIS AFTERNOON/EVENING ALONG THE LEE TROUGH NEAR THE ERN WY
BORDER...AND FARTHER NE ALONG THE SUBTLE BAROCLINIC ZONE ACROSS ND.
ISOLATED DAMAGING GUSTS AND MARGINALLY SEVERE HAIL WILL BE THE MAIN
THREAT WITH ANY HIGH-BASED STORMS ALONG THE LEE TROUGH. A
LOW-PROBABILITY THREAT FOR ALL HAZARDS WILL ACCOMPANY ANY STORMS
FORMING ALONG THE FRONT IN ND WHERE INSTABILITY WILL BE STRONGER IN
AN ENVIRONMENT WITH MARGINALLY FAVORABLE LOW-MIDLEVEL SHEAR FOR
SUPERCELLS.

...S TX TODAY...
WEAKENING TC ALEX IS MOVING INLAND OVER MEXICO NEAR 23 N AND 100 W
AS OF 16Z. RICH MOISTURE AND A BELT OF 30-40 KT LOW-MIDLEVEL ESELY
FLOW EXTENDS AS FAR N AS S TX...WHERE REMNANT OUTER CONVECTIVE BANDS
ARE STILL ONGOING. A FEW SEMI-DISCRETE ROTATING STORMS AND A COUPLE
OF TORNADOES WILL STILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE DAY WITHIN THESE
BANDS BEFORE VERTICAL SHEAR WEAKENS LATE TODAY INTO TONIGHT.

SPC WW 011943
IDZ000-MTZ000-020400-

URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH NUMBER 436
NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
140 PM MDT THU JUL 1 2010

THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF

A SMALL PART OF EAST CENTRAL IDAHO
SOUTHWEST...CENTRAL...AND NORTHEAST MONTANA

EFFECTIVE THIS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 140 PM UNTIL
1000 PM MDT.

HAIL TO 2.5 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70
MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 135
STATUTE MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 50 MILES EAST
SOUTHEAST OF DILLON MONTANA TO 55 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF
GLASGOW MONTANA. FOR A COMPLETE DEPICTION OF THE WATCH SEE THE
ASSOCIATED WATCH OUTLINE UPDATE (WOUS64 KWNS WOU6).

REMEMBER...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE
FAVORABLE FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN AND CLOSE TO THE WATCH
AREA. PERSONS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR
THREATENING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LISTEN FOR LATER STATEMENTS
AND POSSIBLE WARNINGS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY
DO PRODUCE TORNADOES.

OTHER WATCH INFORMATION...CONTINUE...WW 435...

DISCUSSION...LIKE PREVIOUS DAYS...THUNDERSTORMS ARE BEGINNING TO
DEVELOP OVER THE HIGH TERRAIN NEAR AND NE OF THE ID/SW MT BORDER.
CONTINUED SURFACE HEATING ACROSS CENTRAL MT WILL CONTRIBUTE TO
ADDITIONAL DESTABILIZATION IN AN ENVIRONMENT WITH BOUNDARY LAYER
DEWPOINTS IN THE LOW-MID 50S. THIS AREA IS ALSO DOWNSTREAM FROM A
MIDLEVEL TROUGH OVER THE PAC NW...WITH A SUBTLE/EMBEDDED VORTICITY
LOBE EJECTING NEWD OVER WRN MT. THE COMBINATION OF WEAK BACKGROUND
ASCENT AND DEEP-LAYER VERTICAL SHEAR WITH THIS EJECTING WAVE WILL
SUPPORT A FEW SUPERCELLS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING ISOLATED VERY LARGE
HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. AN ISOLATED TORNADO CANNOT BE RULED
OUT...THOUGH LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE/SHEAR ARE MARGINAL FOR A TORNADO
THREAT. OTHERWISE...CONVECTION MAY MERGE INTO LARGER CLUSTERS

THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 435 CONTINUES.

AN ISOLATED TORNADO THREAT WILL LIKELY CONTINUE ACROSS SOUTH TX AND
THE LOWER TX COAST LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THIS EVENING. THE
THREAT SHOULD BECOME MARGINAL ENOUGH NOT TO WARRANT NEW WW ISSUANCE
BEYOND THE 01Z EXPIRATION OF WW 435.

TROPICAL STORM ALEX IS NOW WELL INLAND ACROSS NRN MEXICO WITH IR
SATELLITE IMAGERY SHOWING SEVERAL RAINBANDS AROUND THE CENTER WITH
ANOTHER PRONOUNCED BAND EXTENDING EWD ACROSS SCNTRL TX INTO THE WRN
GULF OF MEXICO. NEW CELLS HAVE BEEN INITIATING JUST SOUTH OF THIS
BAND WHERE SOME BREAKS IN THE CLOUD COVER ARE HELPING TO MAINTAIN
MODERATE INSTABILITY. IN ADDITION...OBJECTIVE ANALYSIS IS ESTIMATING
0-1 KM SHEAR VALUES IN THE 25 TO 35 KT RANGE ACROSS MOST OF THE
SOUTH TX. THIS ALONG WITH THE INSTABILITY AND LCL HEIGHTS AROUND OR
JUST BELOW 500 METERS SHOULD SUPPORT AN ISOLATED TORNADO THREAT WITH
THE MORE PERSISTENT ROTATING STORMS.

MODERATE SHEAR AND INSTABILITY WILL RESULT IN A THREAT FOR PRIMARILY
SEVERE HAIL/WIND LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

STRONG HEATING IS CURRENTLY UNDERWAY ACROSS ERN ID AND WRN MT IN THE
WAKE OF EARLIER THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY...WITH CU DEVELOPING IN THE
HIGHER TERRAIN AS OF 18Z. ADEQUATE MOISTURE /BL DEWPOINTS IN THE
50S/ AND STEEP LAPSE RATES /H7-H5 LR AOA 7.5 C/KM/ WILL SUPPORT
MODERATE INSTABILITY...WITH ML CAPES RISING TO 1500-2000 J/KG ACROSS

SPC AC 011730

DAY 2 CONVECTIVE OUTLOOK
NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
1230 PM CDT THU JUL 01 2010

VALID 021200Z - 031200Z

...THERE IS A SLGT RISK OF SVR TSTMS ACROSS PARTS OF MT/NWRN ND...

...SYNOPSIS...
HEIGHT RISES ARE EXPECTED INTO BC/WA/ORE DURING THE DAY 2 PERIOD
WITH THE APPROACH OF STRONG WLY MID-UPPER LEVEL FLOW INTO THE NERN
PACIFIC. THIS WILL SUPPORT AN EWD SHIFT OF AT LEAST THE NRN EXTENT
OF THE LONGWAVE TROUGH CENTERED ALONG THE U.S. WEST COAST...WITH
DOWNSTREAM HEIGHT RISES INTO THE ERN U.S. AS A LONGWAVE TROUGH MOVES
OFF THE EASTERN SEABOARD. SEVERAL WEAK IMPULSES WILL TRACK NEWD
ACROSS THE GREAT BASIN...CENTRAL ROCKIES AND THE NRN HIGH
PLAINS/DAKOTAS WITHIN INCREASING SWLY FLOW ALOFT ALONG ERN EXTENT OF
WRN TROUGH.

IN THE LOW LEVELS...A COLD FRONT ATTENDANT TO THE NRN EXTENT OF THE
WRN TROUGH IS FORECAST TO SPREAD EWD FROM WRN MT/NRN INTERMOUNTAIN
REGION FRIDAY MORNING...REACHING THE WRN DAKOTAS TO CENTRAL WY BY
12Z SATURDAY. THE TRAILING PORTION OF THIS BOUNDARY WILL SHIFT
SSEWD THROUGH THE GREAT BASIN.

...NORTHERN ROCKIES/NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS...
STRONGEST H5 HEIGHT FALLS /60 METERS/ ON FRIDAY SHOULD OCCUR FROM
THE NRN INTERMOUNTAIN WEST INTO WRN/CENTRAL MT...AS A PAIR OF MORE
PROMINENT SHORTWAVE TROUGHS TRACK E/NEWD ACROSS THE PAC NW AND NRN
ROCKIES. SURFACE DEWPOINTS IN THE MID-UPPER 50S SHOULD ALREADY BE
IN PLACE ACROSS CENTRAL MT EARLY FRIDAY MORNING...WITH DEWPOINTS IN
THE 60S ACROSS NWRN ND. THIS MOISTURE COMBINED WITH DIABATIC
HEATING AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT AND BENEATH PLUME OF VERY STEEP
MIDLEVEL LAPSE RATES /7-8 C PER KM/ WILL RESULT IN A MODERATELY
UNSTABLE AIR MASS /MLCAPE 1500-2500 J PER KG/.

AT 12Z FRIDAY...TSTMS MAY BE ONGOING ACROSS PARTS OF NRN MT AND ND
WITH ACTIVITY TENDING TO WEAKEN FRIDAY MORNING AS IT SPREADS NEWD.
AIR MASS ACROSS WRN/CENTRAL MT MAY DESTABILIZE FAIRLY EARLY IN THE
DAY AS FORCING FOR ASCENT AND COOLING MIDLEVEL TEMPERATURES SPREAD
ACROSS THESE AREAS WITH THE INITIAL PAC NW SHORTWAVE TROUGH TO TRACK
NEWD FRIDAY. THIS WOULD SUPPORT TSTM DEVELOPMENT...WITH SOME SEVERE
POTENTIAL...POSSIBLY AS EARLY AS 18Z ALONG THE COLD FRONT FROM EAST
OF MSO TO NRN MT. ADDITIONAL STORMS WILL DEVELOP/SPREAD EWD ACROSS
MT THIS FORECAST PERIOD ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT. STRONG
EFFECTIVE BULK SHEAR WILL EXCEED 50 KT AS STRONG SWLY FLOW ALOFT
SHIFTS EWD FROM THE NRN ROCKIES. SHEAR VECTORS ORIENTED PARALLEL TO
THE COLD FRONT AND STRONG FORCING FOR ASCENT SPREADING ACROSS THE
FRONT SHOULD RESULT IN A MORE LINEAR MODE TO THE CONVECTION.
HOWEVER...GIVEN THE DEGREE OF THE SHEAR...EMBEDDED SUPERCELLS WILL
BE POSSIBLE. LEAD ACTIVITY SHOULD REACH NERN MT/NWRN ND BY LATE
AFTERNOON WITH STORMS CONTINUING ACROSS NWRN/NRN ND FRIDAY NIGHT
WITH ATTENDANT SEVERE WEATHER THREAT GIVEN MODERATE INSTABILITY AND
STRONG DEEP LAYER SHEAR.

...CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS...
ISOLATED TO SCATTERED TSTMS SHOULD DEVELOP FRIDAY AFTERNOON ALONG
THE SRN FRINGE OF STRONGER SWLY FLOW ALOFT. MARGINAL-MODERATE
INSTABILITY /MLCAPE 500-1000 J PER KG/ IS EXPECTED TO EXTEND SWD
INTO NERN CO WHERE THE WRN EXTENT OF LOW LEVEL MOISTURE RETURN WILL
BE JUXTAPOSED WITH THE ERN EXTENT OF MIDLEVEL STEEP LAPSE RATES.
EFFECTIVE BULK SHEAR OF 25-30 KT WITHIN THIS ENVIRONMENT SUGGEST A
FEW SUSTAINED MULTICELLS CAPABLE OF SEVERE HAIL/WIND WILL BE
POSSIBLE LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON/EARLY EVENING.

...EASTERN GREAT BASIN/CENTRAL ROCKIES...
WITH AN INCREASING PRECIPITABLE WATER ENVIRONMENT AHEAD OF THE GREAT
BASIN COLD FRONT...MODELS CONTINUE TO SUGGEST THE DEVELOPMENT OF
STORMS ACROSS ERN UT/WRN CO. EFFECTIVE BULK SHEAR 25-30 KT AND WEAK
INSTABILITY WILL SUPPORT A FEW MULTICELLS CAPABLE OF MARGINALLY
SEVERE HAIL/GUSTY WINDS FRIDAY AFTERNOON/ EARLY EVENING.

DAY 1 CONVECTIVE OUTLOOK
NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
1115 AM CDT THU JUL 01 2010

VALID 011630Z - 021200Z

...THERE IS A SLGT RISK OF SVR TSTMS TODAY ACROSS S TX...

...THERE IS A SLGT RISK OF SVR TSTMS THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT
FROM S CENTRAL MT ENEWD INTO WRN/NRN ND...

...MT/ND AREA THROUGH TONIGHT...
