NEAR A CULVERT AND CAUGHT A MOTORIST BY SURPRISE. THIS
DAMAGED THE VEHICLE AND CAUSED ONLY A MINOR INJURY TO THE
DRIVER.

SOME WATER WAS COVERING HIGHWAY 35 IN THE NORTH CENTRAL
PART OF CARROLL COUNTY. A FEW TREES WERE ALSO REPORTED
DOWN...EVEN THOUGH THE DISPATCHER SAID THAT WINDS WERE
NOT AN ISSUE.
