LOW-LEVEL JET AHEAD OF APPROACHING UPPER SHORT-WAVE TROUGH MAY
PERMIT SUFFICIENT ABOVE-GROUND MOISTENING AND UVV TO ALLOW A FEW
ELEVATED STORMS TO DEVELOP LATE. THUS...WILL MAINTAIN A SMALL AREA
OF 10% THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL.
