PLACE THROUGH MIDWEEK WITH AN UPPER-LEVEL RIDGE DEVELOPING IN THE
WEST AND MOVING INTO THE CNTRL U.S. LATE IN THE WEEK. AT THE SFC...A
LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO DOMINATE THE MS VALLEY
REGION AND ERN SEABOARD THROUGH THURSDAY WITH A SFC TROUGH
ORGANIZING ACROSS THE PLAINS STATES BY THE WEEKEND. IF THIS SFC
PATTERN DEVELOPS...LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE RETURN WOULD LIKELY TAKE PLACE
INTO THE SRN PLAINS LATE IN THE WEEK WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF
THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY. HOWEVER...UNCERTAINTY REMAINS HIGH AND AN
AREA OF SEVERE POTENTIAL CAN NOT BE OUTLOOKED ATTM.
