THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 377
CONTINUES.
THREAT FOR DAMAGING WIND AND HAIL CONTINUES ACROSS CNTRL OK. IT
APPEARS THE BOW ECHO MAY CONTINUE ESEWD THROUGH E CNTRL OK NEXT
COUPLE HOURS AND WILL LIKELY AFFECT SEMINOLE AND HUGHES COUNTIES
AFTER 08Z. WATCH MAY BE LOCALLY EXTENDED INTO HUGHES COUNTY.
EARLY THIS MORNING A CONVECTIVE OUTFLOW BOUNDARY EXTENDS FROM SWRN
MO SWWD TO A POINT OF INFLECTION/COMMA HEAD OVER N CNTRL OK THEN
SWWD THROUGH OKLAHOMA AND CADDO COUNTIES. STRONGEST STORMS ALONG
THIS BOUNDARY ARE MOVING ESEWD AT 40 TO 45 KT BUT APPEARS TO BE
ACCELERATING THROUGH CNTRL OK WHERE STORMS HAVE EVOLVED INTO A BOW
ECHO WITH A PRONOUNCED REAR INFLOW NOTCH. STRONG TO DAMAGING WIND
GUSTS ARE LIKELY NEAR THE APEX OF THE BOW. THE ATMOSPHERE DOWNSTREAM
REMAINS MODERATELY UNSTABLE AND THE WLY REAR INFLOW JET ALONG WITH A
40 KT SLY LOW LEVEL JET WILL LIKELY HELP TO MAINTAIN STRONG LIFT AND
A FORWARD PROPAGATING LINE NEXT COUPLE HOURS.
